Complete your onboarding
Learn the services, prices, booking process and how to promote Sebenza accurately.
Before you begin, you receive a commission schedule explaining earnings, payment dates, repeat-booking rules, and how cancellations or refunds affect commission.

Activate your affiliate profile
Accept the terms and receive your unique affiliate code, approved promotional materials and referral instructions.
Provide your payment details securely during onboarding so Sebenza can pay your commissions.

Promote services and submit referrals
Share approved promotions. With permission, submit the customer’s details, location, required service and your affiliate code.
Sebenza confirms availability, quotes and invoices the customer, then arranges the service. Customers pay Sebenza directly.

Earn and receive your commission
Commission becomes eligible after a qualifying service is complete and the customer’s payment has cleared.
Approved commissions are paid weekly with a statement. Cancelled, unpaid or fully refunded bookings do not qualify.
Who can apply?
Reliable people aged 18 or older with a phone, access to WhatsApp and a willingness to promote Sebenza professionally. Students, job seekers, community members and experienced salespeople are welcome.
Important to understand
- This is a commission-based opportunity; there is no guaranteed salary or income.
- Commission is earned from qualifying customer sales.
- Every referral must be recorded with your affiliate code before the customer books.
- Sebenza checks duplicate referrals before confirming who qualifies for commission.
